My 1st time going here and i loved it. My nails are so pretty. Be did a great job and kat is amazing at wax. A really big and lovely salon. Cant wait to go back! Glad i picked them for my birthday treat to myself!

DO NOT GO IN THIS PLACE. First of all looks are deceiving, called to get price of pedicure quoted $26.00 when we arrived the tubs were not very clean looking, then the lady kept shoving the book in my face trying to have me do a $50.00 pedicure. I told her not interested. She then got an attitude, got upset because she never asked me to choose a color and to top it off did not put top coat on. The worst pedicure I ever had and charged more than quoted. They really need to work on their customer service. Disgusted .

The guy doing my nail was distracted and taking his attention away from my nails. He kept pressuring me about buying gel and kept going on about it not being that much money. Once I got the gel, it started to peel off the next day. He had little care and I paid a pretty penny for this full set, yet it came out unsatisfactory. He didn’t even acknowledge me of the price until he put the nails on. A rip off ✌🏽 My attendance will no longer be needed at that shop.

Quality products but poor service. I am a nail technician so I know and read the steps they have to their pedicures. First let me say I had to ask the lady to clean the jet because it was a big toe nail stuck in the vent of it. The rest of the pedi was ok until I didn’t get any leg or foot massage. They use the same pumice on everybody feet plus I waited 3 hours in water before I was next. Like I said they charging for the product not the service. I still paid and tip the lady because I am a nail tech as well. I will be calling state board for sanitation reasons and I’m going to taking their clientele. I open up my new salon here in Winter Haven Florida July 9th. I have 8 years experience and I’m sick of seeing people have their money taking from them for the price of products and poor service!

I love Lucky nails they do such a wonderful job and they have great customer service! I feel so bad for them at times because they get a lot of rude customers that yell and treat them badly. Some of the women that go there have no manners they even try to start problems with other customers...it is very sad because Lucky Nails does such an excellent job.
