Rude ! They don’t answer their phone! I told him I drive far just to come make an appointment he didn’t care awful customer service and he walked off while I was talking !! Online say they open at 1130 but they open at twelve ..so you have to call after that but still phone doesn’t work ..

Cheaper is definitely not always better. This place is ultra unprofessional and I’m unsure of how they are still in operation. I had an appointment scheduled and drove 35 minutes to get there only to find a closed shop with no one there. On another occasion one of the employees tried to get physical when I told her I did not like the fact the she tried to put a fingernail on my toenail. I will not be returning as a customer. Professionalism is a must.

Wouldn’t answer the phone when I called multiple times. Upon arrival one of the male employees addressed me as “what do you want done”, then when my mother and I asked for our nails to be done he said “appointment” and we said no we tried to call and it said the number wasn’t working. While explaining this he picks up the phone, interrupting me, and books a completely different appointment and still hadn’t helped us. I turned around and left and will not return.

I have been getting my nails here a few times now. But recently got yellow and white spots on my nails. Based on research this is most likely pseudomonas. I have also noticed that they do not use new tools on every client. Aren't new tools supposed to be used every time? I am Concerned for the way things are done. A clean environment and sanitation is important, I hope no one else experiences the same nail issues as I did.

I’m always satisfied with their work! They do a fabulous job and their prices are unbeatable!!
