Starwood is outstanding in all ways! The salon is super clean, they use only the highest hygiene standards, their nail techs are tops, the staff is friendly and provides a fun and relaxing atmosphere. They guarantee their work, and if you have issues with your nails, they will take care of it free of charge. I have chipped a couple of nails now and then and they got me in immediately and fixed them (and apologized) without any charge. I have been a customer for a year, and plan to stay forever. You will be so pleased if you go to Starwood.

Very clean and professional. Great personalities and very thorough. Massage chairs were amazing! Offered us a beverage. Will definitely be returning!

I had such a great experience! The gentleman that greeted me was so helpful when I was trying to pick a color and made some great suggestions. My tech, Hannah was wonderful too! She was very gentle and kept my nexgen thin as I requested. She took her time to make my nails look great! They were both genuinely friendly. Very happy customer!
