I went to get my eyebrows waxed.. The little bed had towels spread out on them that looked like numerous people had already laid on them. I was too tired to worry about it, so I went ahead and laid down. My eyebrows looked great, but afterward, I noticed she didn't throw the little wooden stick away for waxing. I then realized they use the same stick for multiple customers. I felt disgusted afterward and decided to never go back. NOT a clean or hygienic place

one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I went to the happy nails nail salon to get my nails done and when the worker had finished painting my nails I asked her to do a design on my ring finger. During the entire duration of my manicure the woman had been rushing my nail care and when she painted on the design she didn't wait for the nail polish to fully dry and she put a clear coat on it too soon, smearing the design. I had kindly asked her to redo the design since it was smeared and she told me irritably she wouldn't do it because she had other people waiting. She put a clear coat over my nails and told me I was finished. Today I went back to the nail salon to ask someone to speak to the owner and get my design painted on for free I was appalled to find out that upon walking into the nail salon the same women was there and she started yelling at me that I couldn't get my design done. This has got to be the rudest salon I have every been to in my life. I would also like to mention that I am a very regular customer at this place never having tipped less then 5 dollars at a time. Today they screamed and cursed at me over a 5 dollar design, if this is how they treat one of their most loyal customers id hate to see how they treat anyone else. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Terrible customer service and horrible attitude. I showed them a picture and they assured they could do the design and got hateful whenever I told them I didn't like them. I got gel nails and the gel is so piled on it looked like mountains instead of a smooth original gel look. I was cut in every nail to the point I was bleeding and no apologies were attempted even after serverval times of me jerking back. They refused to fix their mistakes. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Wish i had read the reviews before i went. I will never visit this place again. They yelled at me and told me it was my fault my whole nail wasn't covered with polish because i had chosen a dark color. Really? If you don't know how to polish nails properly you shouldn't be doing it for a living.

Went in with my mom and brought my young daughter as well. The people working were obviously upset I brought my daughter with me... this is after having to wait for the owners to show up to open the shop, we had 10am appointments and they finally got there to open around 10:15. The man that did mine was very rushed and was so rough I was bleeding in several places
