the worst! Went in today to get a pedicure. It was a rushed job. Did not effectively scrape the dead skin from the bottom of my foot, cut off half my toe nail, tried to polish my toes over old polish, didn't paint the whole nails and then the finishing coat of polish was extremely sloppy. On top of that, when I asked her to fix it she got an attitude with me . They also did my eye brows, I specifically said just shape them do not make them thin. Guess what they did? Exactly what I asked them not to do. They made my eye brows thin.

The pedicure was subpar, the water was cold and my feet were not allowed to soak at all! The full set is horrible, the acrylic is too thick and the shape of the nails are inconsistent, one nail is slanted and uneven. The two stars is for the short wait to be serviced. Never again!!

I have given this location several chances over the past two years, however, they were all wasted. The entire environment is unprofessional, employs questionable sanitary habits, and the service is of poor quality. The color selection for a regular pedicure is extremely lacking and their solution is to offer the no chip colors which I found a shade too dark for summer weather. The very nerve of this 'establishment' to charge $25.00 for the piss poor outcome of my feet was bad enough, but the straw that broke the camel's back was that the young lady who did my pedicure had the gall to appear agitated because I requested that she remove the excess polish from the skin around my toes... I have come to the conclusion that this spot is only able to stay in business because the clientele obviously does not know what good service is and will, unfortunately, settle for any kind of treatment and environment. Today was their last time. I don't repeatedly patronize businesses with shabby services. I dictate where and how my dollars are spent. That is the power of knowing that you have choices. 8

I just had a pedicure and manicure done. The lady that did my service didn’t do what I asked her to do. I wanted 1 nail with glitter got that but gray and pink nails. Only did pink!! Nail wasn’t shape right had go home and shape my nail myself. As a nail tech she must do better. I was there to checkout this shop. Will not recommend. Headed to another shop to review them.
