I enjoyed it. My appointment was for 5 PM and they took me right on time.
A regular Mani/pedi was 45.00 and included
Paraffin on my feet and hands and hot stone massage.
It was cool, and clean and the staff were nice.
The only drawback is the nail polish/chemical smell. They need better ventilation.
But I would go back.

After spending $60 for regular polish (mani pedi), plus $2 extra for using a color that was new which wasnt not necessary to pay the extra money, i was planning to give a tip which was around $6. The man rudley said that i had to give him $10 dollars since it was 20%. Doesn't the customer get to choose how much to pay depending on how good the service is? I guess not. He asked me where i lived and said rich people live there. His tone and advantageness was very rude and disrespectful, im fine with paying the $10 dollars but when he ordered me to give him that i was in shock, i have never experienced anything like that

Horrible customer service, they only asked if I had an appointment, and never asked me what I needed, assuming they don’t speak English I waited for over 25 min. Till I decided to walk out. Never ever will I go back or refer any of my friends there!

This is the rudest place I have ever been to. I live around the corner and have been here a handful of times since they opened. They have been nothing but rude each and every time I've gone. This last time I figured I'll try again because after all sometimes places are just off and people have bad days. I made an appointment at 10am for 4pm. I got there 10 minutes early and as soon as I walked in I was looked up and down by the owner (has large tattoo on arm) I also have tattoos from head to toe so it's not a tattoo hate crime. And she said in a nasty tone can I help you? I said yes I have an appointment today at 4. Ok she said go pick a color. I looked around and picked and the place wasn't really very busy. I asked at 4 when I was going because I have a baby at home and have to be back at a certain time. They said 5 minutes about 10 times... I just walked out. It's 4:30pm. They were so unprofessional and rude too, like really nasty tone and mad when I asked. Every time I've been there it's like they don't want to work on you, and I had to go back the prior time because after 4 hours my paint chipped off. So moral of the story...
Never ever again. Thanks but no thank you.

Such friendly staff, great experience every time. I come here literally every two weeks and my nails look great, and if they chip I have had great experiences with getting them quickly fixed no problem. Easily the best nail salon in Watertown.
