Today was my first visit to the salon, I'm just sorry it took me so long! Heather cut and highlighted my hair. She was superb! Talented, professional and her friendly personality
made the day a perfect one!

Do not go to Kristi on her Groupon special. She is a crook. I took the Groupon in, put it on the counter, along with a picture of the haircut I wanted, and asked for layers. (1) She told me that she would not "go crazy" with layers, and (2) when I was finished, she charged me an additional $69! Not once did she mention to me that what she was doing would be an additional charge. The lighting is bad in her corner, so maybe she can't see what others can see in natural light, but when I left, I hated the color. I looked like a creamsicle! It looked like I had home-colored my hair. I called her and told her that I didn't like it, and that I was shocked that she charged me an additional amount without telling me in advance. She said if I came back, she would put toner on my hair, and put in some more highlights. I went back, and she did put toner on my hair, but refused to put in more highlights even after I requested them. (Another stylist looked at my hair, and said she would put in foil highlights too.) She was also late getting to the salon. My guess is that she was running late, and didn't want to take the time to properly correct her poor coloring job. I still have too much "brassiness" in my hair. I used to go to Dolce Lusso, but moved, so I thought I would give her a try. I ended up paying more for inferior products, and a poor colorist. She's a flim-flam artist. DO NOT USE KRISTI.
