The girl at the front desk was sarcastic and rude. What was supposed to be a nice girls experience for me and my aunt, was anything but as she hovered over us, like literally standing over us like we were in a porcelain shop about to break something, it was uncomfortable and she was so unprofessional. The lady was in such a rush to get to her next customer that she just dropped a ton of top polish and it dried with little bubbles. I asked for square nails and the are all slightly angled like a mountain they're not straight at all. They left the wax on our feet after the pedicure. My aunt asked for round nails the lady filed her down to stubs. So yea, choose wisely because it was not cheap. -_-

Went in for a walk in around 6:30 (they closed at 7 on that Saturday) for a manicure for a little girl! The woman was already with a client but rather than turning us away, they allowed us to wait and then the woman did my little girls nails even after closing! She was so kind and patient, I truly appreciated it and so did my little girl!

Went in on Wednesday, receptionist was so rude when telling me she had nothing available, then proceeded to make an appointment for me at 1 o’clock the next day. Came in, same receptionist and still was rude, then told she had nothing available till 4:30. A receptionist should be the first to politely greet people and help them, clearly she is not cut out for the job and is very bad at it. She sits in the back on her phone and not paying attention to the front. And when you do talk to her she doesn’t look up at you. Why did I make an appointment just to come in and be told she had nothing available till 4:30??

The girl at the desk was not there when I arrived for 10 minutes, the place was open till 7pm and she told me she didn't have enough "technicians" I literally walked in at 530!!! Had an attitude, and went to another nail salon that closed at 6pm and took me with no problem!!! This place wouldn't last a day in NYC, get a better person to greet people at the desk

Went in here as a walk-in and had an excellent experience. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and as soon as I picked my nail color, a nail technician was ready to do my mani and pedi. The nail technician did a great job, and was very respectful of the fact that I just needed to zen out and rest while gettimg my nails done. My hands and feet looked beautiful, which was no easy task because I haven't had much time for self-care lately. Very happy with how this turned out.
