I just had the WORST service. I can’t say completely. The woman who did my nails did a fantastic job, but I was handed off to someone else, Nancy, who would wax my eyebrows. I went over with her, while she was texting on her phone, that I wanted them to be thicker than they were. She kept nodding that she understood. I even visually showed her what I wanted, all the while she is nodding. She proceeded to wax the way SHE wanted to and they were very thin! I told her it wasn’t what I wanted and she argued with me that it was better than what I wanted! I came out to pay and said I didn’t want to pay for a service I didn’t agree to. She argued with me and started getting angry saying she told me what she was going to do. I ended up paying but I will NEVER go back. You just lost a five year customer.

Very clean. Nice friendly environment. They let me get a mask when I asked cause I'm expecting and can't breathe in the fumes. Did a great job on the manicure and pedicure I felt very relaxed.

I've always had a great experience at this Salon and am not sure why there are even bad reviews about this place. I think people should judge for themselves and give this place a try. If you are high maintenance type of person then you shouldn't go there and go to some over priced fancy place instead. Just a thought.

Great nail spa. I'm always treated very well by Mimi and Jack and all the staff, and I would never go anywhere else to have my nails done. Highly recommend!
