I have been coming to this establishment for 12 years and I have always had a positive experience. I’ll be asked how my son is doing or what my plans are for the holidays. My nails always look great and I leave feeling refreshed. My recent visit was much the same- except for a woman seated next to me bullying and being verbally absuive to the staff. I believe her “friend” already posted a complaint for her. She micro managed the staff from the moment she sat down, telling them how to do their job. Her feet were incredibly unkept (much like the rest of her) and I believe she expected them to be brand new in 30 minutes. She also expected them to be receptive after she became loud and demanding them to “speak English around me!” She accused them of being unprofessional while she was never diplomatic. She made sure to make everyone there, including her friend, uncomfortable. Getting our nails done is a treat and most people take time off of work to accommodate this. She had no respect for the staff or the other patrons. She demanded to know the name of the staff member who serviced her just so she could slander her publicly. She also failed to do that- making her friend do it for her (cowardly). Her friend defends her yet was visibly appalled at the time— perhaps she was bullied the same as the staff. Experiences are based on perception and errors can be reversed if they are brought to the attention of the staff in a kind and diplomatic way.

Dont do it!!! I give 2 stars bc I had a nice experience, but my friend was treated completely horrible! She was assigned "Lauren" -white lab coat- who pretty much immediately put my friend off with her attitude. She was asked to hold her legs up so that the tech could scrub her feet, she cut my friends cuticle way too close, and when my friend complained she wouldn't continue with the other toes at all, said that she has already cut plenty cuticle away, and disregarded my friend's complaints that it wasn't done to her satisfaction. When it came to the massage, the nail tech simply rubbed in lotion with no attempt to even massage. When my friend asked about it (bc I was steadily receiving my massage from my tech), her tech replied that she only paid for the basic pedi (which is what I asked for, too). At this point my friend asked for a new tech, and sadly, the new tech did nothing but paint her toes, and corrected nothing, and did nothing to better my friend's experience. Very disappointing.

Horrible experience! My pedicure was OK. However, I got gel full set and lets just say NEVER AGAIN! One of the nails were noticeably cricked and when I asked the man doing my nails to fix it he became very defensive and rude.

The man who did my nails was nice.. but he didn’t Apply polish neat and properly.. came back a week later time because the polish was sloppy.. second time around polish applied sloppy again with the polish being on my cuticles. Other staff rude and not friendly. Not happy and not going back !!!

This is my favorite place to go!!! Prices are great, service is amazing, and it is a beautiful spa😊 I won't go anywhere else to get my mani pedis and eyebrows! Definitely 5 stars I would put 10 if I could!
