The woman who does the waxing is so kind, friendly, and gentle. It's a painful process, but lasts just minutes and she makes sure you are as comfortable as possible. I've been going to her for 8+ years.

First time here in over 3 years and they greeted me like I would an old friend. “Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name.” And they do great work too!

Waited over 20 min I. The chair without any idea of how long it would be. My nail lady seemed tired and over it here. Made more friendly conversation with my neighbor dude than me. When I asked what color she just said I don’t know. During massage I asked for a little more pressure but she was preoccupied with the cooking show on tv. Maybe you get what you pay for? Will see how it lasts
