They overcharged me for a fill and a pedicure. Didn’t even ask me to tip they added the tips themselves. Nail tech never spoke to me or asked me if I wanted to keep the length. Just kept filling them down short and square when I wanted them longer and coffin shape. Would definitely never go again.

Went there a month ago. Tech said I had ingrown toenail and ask if could take care of it. I said yes and she proceeded only to have my big toes bleeding when I left. She said I would have to come every 3-4 weeks to get ingrown toenails better. My pedicure was $25. I moved to Leesburg in May from Orlando area. Always paid $20. I guess since I still work there I will be returning to my favorite salon in Apopka.

I got here at 115 on July 11. Took until 330 to get done with pedicure. Wife if owner kept stopping to check her phone. Kept saying "new baby new baby" Other lady did two while I wasn't done. For manicure owner put my hands in remover to loosen shellac, took $ out of register and LEFT. YES LEFT HE GOT IN HIS TRUCK AND LEFT. When I ask what was going on woman said he had to leave someone else do in an hour. I LEFT. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABle. Not a shortage of nail establishments in Leesburg. My nails are in mid stream of manicure. Come to this place have all all day and be prepared foprepared prepared for owner to take off and leave his work undone.

I have no idea how many times I asked to file my nails more because they were crooked. I was very nice & the woman acted as if she hadn't heard me & proceeded to polish my nails wth
