Both the best and the worst acrylic fills I've ever gotten have been at this place. First time was AWESOME. The tech kept running her fingers over my nails to be sure they were smooth, did a great job with the color, I was thrilled! Second time, different lady, my nails were so rough and ill-shaped that I actually drove to a beauty supply store, bought my own file block and went home to redo them. You shouldn't be able to see/feel horizontal lines from the file in the surface of your nails when they're done! Even after I re-smoothed them with the block, some gouges left from the original work are still obvious. (They were that deep!) Highly unlikely that I will go back, no matter how convenient their location is to me.

ZERO F’n stars. This place is DISGUSTING! They do not follow the rules of proper sanitation. Double dipping is NOT allowed when waxing any body part. I took my daughter for an eyebrow wax. They sat her down right away. But before I allowed the service provider to proceed with the service, I noticed other clients getting the same service (all together in front of the shop). I saw as the other two workers dipped the eyebrow stick in the wax, apply the wax on their clients and before my daughters service provider dipped her stick in the wax, the other ladies turned around to dip the same stick that touched the clients in the wax. As soon as I saw that, I angrily told them how unsanitary they were and left. The Arizona board of cosmetology will hear about this.

I have never gotten my nails done before. I didn’t have anyone to watch my little baby and I was having a bad day. They helped me out and accommodated me and my baby. My nails look great and I’m so happy I came here for my first manicure. Everyone is so nice! Thank you!

They have the worst customer service. They were attacking my daughters. Because their work for the nails were not good! They called the cops instead of handling the manner in a professional way! My daughter has got to take them off because she did t like the shape so i paid for nails that were not finished! When you own a business you do what the consumer feels is right or try to fix it! They refused to fix it and locked my minor children inside the shop! I got there and the door was open. Werid! When my kids told her i was pulling up!

Tina was fantastic! I came in with a botched acrylic set and she painlessly popped them off, cleaned and buffed my nails and determined they were still healthy for a no chip gels manicure. The manicure is perfect and the polish is not thick at all. Very natural and very happy. In and out in 30 mins as well! You bet I'll be back again!
