I've been wanting to visit this shop for awhile, just hadn't gotten around to it. I felt like he rushed my service and rushed me out of the shop. There were two people there well before me (at the hot towels and massage portion of the service) getting pedicures, and there were 2 people that came after me to get pedicures. Oddly, my technician was the first one done, even though he got up to take a payment from someone at one point. He skipped steps in the service (the callous removal and scrubbing with the brush) and when I asked him to go back and do it, he did so but did not do a good job. The skin is still rough and dry. He still did not use the brush. By the time I walked out the door, all four customers that were in the shop with me were still in their chairs, no one had moved to the nail dryer or manicure chair. I will not go back.

I love this salon. Mia use to do my nails before she had her baby but now I let the guy that sits in the first chair do my nails. I’m always satisfied and I have recommended this salon to many people.

The nail tech did a great job. She removed my SNS and didn’t let it sit longer than necessary. She gave me a great manicure before painting shellac. There was another male tech that sat next to her and watched the whole time, and it was truly awkward. He even made a face at how thin my nails are (because I get them done; nothing unusual). I’d go back to her. She was 8 mo pregnant; didn’t catch her name.
