I was the last customer that came in half an hour early before 7:30pm. When I came to this place, I reviewed the list of prices and it was right by the entrance door and register. I chose to go with them because it "clearly" said $35.00 for gel nail polish manicure and pedicure. Wow, what a good deal right?! After, everything was done and I went to go checkout by a different young lady. They told me it was $50.00, I was in a bit of a hurry and questioned why it wasn't $35.00 when your sign clearly says that. They both went on to tell me a different story and I went ahead to pay and left a tip. The worst manicure job for a gel polish and the person that did the job didn't even put gel on my toes. I didn't realize until I was leaving to put my socks on, when I came home some of my toes smudged up because I thought the gel was put on and that dried right away. I will never come back to this place and will be coming back to get my toes fixed today. Talk about inconvenience and over charging me for something that was done poorly and they should honor the price that was listed, which they failed to do on their part. This place just lost my business and please make sure you do your research and ask questions before you start having them work on you!

The owner was negative and rude. I do not recommend Pink & Fabulous. I went for a lip wax and a gel nail repair. The owner attended me. When I asked her to remove the polish on my skin on the toe she just fixed, she became indignant and began to belittle me. She continued to bash me as I paid. I will not patronize businesses that suck at poor customer service such as this.

This nail salon was very rude and I will never go back! I called before hand and asked if they could do a certain design on my nails and to make a long story short LISA was not able to even come close. It looked like a 5 year old put paint on my nails and she used school paint! Not nail polish but craft school paint. Then after telling me it would be 5 to remove my nails she changed it 10 because I didn’t like the nails and I chose not to go with a full set. The lady has a nasty attitude and people should stay far from here. Do not give these people your money.
