It took an hour and 15 minutes to have white tips painted on my natural nails. The lines came out thick, messy and uneven. I honestly could have done a better job myself in the same amount of time it took the nail tech to do my nails. On top of that it was way overpriced. Do not waste your money. Trust me when I say, you are better off just painting your own nails at home then coming here.

Out of every nail salon I’ve ever been to in the past 6 years, this one is the absolute worst. The mall should be embarrassed to have such a low-rated store representing them. Let’s start with my pedicure, it took them 2 hours to do a French pedi because they couldn’t get the lines straight and weren’t actually covering my natural line which completely defeats the point of getting french tips. The girl got tired of me continuously asking her to fix things so another girl took over and did an even worse job! I was the last customer so they were trying to rush and were doing a terrible job. Two hours later my pedicure was finished that I paid $50 for but never received my massage. Now it’s closing time and she barely starts my new set of nails. She did a horrendous job! All of my nails are different sizes and lengths, she neglected to paint every edge of my nails so you can see the acrylic around the sides like a frame around a picture. I asked if she could get closer to the edges and she rudely proceeds to tell me she’s going to need me to be quiet now if I want my nails done. She then says she’s been doing this for 30 years and this is how she does them. I told her that in total I’m paying $100 to get my nails done and I have to be stuck with them for a couple of weeks so they need to be up to my standard. I told her that I specifically asked her if she had time to complete my nails before she started so I don’t appreciate her rushing through my nails and doing a half job. Then I start to look at the prices on the wall and realize she overcharged me so I bring it to her attention and she goes silent. So I ask again why did she overcharge me and why don’t you have anything to say now so she says I will give you the money back and goes silent again. I also mentioned how nobody appreciates how all they do is talk bad about everyone in their language right in front of our faces and how that’s disrespectful. Then she starts talking to her coworker in their language and tone of voice gives everything away no matter what language so I knew she was doing it again. Then they laugh and she tells me she told her coworker to mop the floor and that’s not ALL that they do is talk about customers. So she admitted to my face that they talk about everyone. My nails look so horrible that she could even tell so she tells me to come back tomorrow for someone to redo them after I already spent a total of 4 hours in there. The staff is absolutely horrible, the facility is disgusting, they are rude and unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and don’t waste your money here.

Went with my sister in law the other day. They tell of us a 5 minute wait but it was more like an hour. They were literally telling me people to come back another day that had been waiting 30 minutes plus I hope those other didn’t return. The lady’s are very rude and don’t know how to give proper wait time. So many other good nail salons in Hemet. Don’t go here

Recently on August 5th 2018 I had my full set and a paint only and the man who started my nails asked me if I wanted long or short, I said short and when the lady went to paint them she said because your nails are so long I must charge you $45. I said I'm sorry my nails are short and I do not want to pay for a long nails and she argue with me in front of my children and when she painted my nails she left tons of scuff marks and made me dry my nails with a basic neon light that was not a black light and it took 25 minutes for my nails to dry she was so angry with me she never let me use a small fan and she was extremely rude. Although I've been coming here since I was young I will not go there again. I think they're Under New Management and they are very dirty and sloppy. They do not wash the towels they shake them off and put them back for the next person. I'm very sad but I was desperate to get my nails done because all the good places were busy. I will never spend another dime at this salon

A pedicure should include callous remover. I have had my nails done for about 10 years now and it has always included callous remover. The standard pedicure at this store is just a trim and color. The tech was very pushy about gel nails and recommended the 40 $ pedicure right away. I was not advised that there would be an extra dollar tacked on if we used our cards to pay. I would recommend going elsewhere or negotiating for services.
