Very disappointed. Waited 45 minutes and never once warned by the nail techs there was a long line. She said we should've asked. One lady has just walked in and cut and was serviced. When I asked the nail tech how much longer, she said 1 hour more. When I asked why didn't she say how long, she said so you didn't think I didn't like you. Soooo done. We called earlier today to try to set an appointment, the lady said no appts but had 2 scheduled for 7pm. So after waiting 45 minutes, having someone cut in pine and being told it's gonna be another hour, we left. Never coming back here!!!!!!

Clean stations for Manicures and Pedicures. Problem is: no matter how long you've been a client all they seem to care about is the quantity of clients pushed thru instead of the quality. Every repair is the clients fault so no time for that! After paying and generously tipping. Better for short term clients. Not long term.

I've always gotten good services here. They take walk-ins AND appointments. Should have made an appointment today. I did get out in a very reasonable time considering how busy it was, but hey, it's a Friday-what was I expecting.

I’ve tried many nail salons but I always find myself comparing it to Mai La nails. Been going here for years and they always do a great job.
