Came into this "place" at 630, grant it, understand it closes at 7. All my mother asked for was a polish change. There was ONE customer in there with 2 people working on her. The lady looked at us (mind you no one in the salon), and said they were booked up. I looked and said, there's no one here. She turned (with an attitude) told me "what you want me to do you see I'm working on her and we close in 30 minutes". I confronted her about her attitude, which was definitely unnecessary and unprofessional when we were trying to give you money.
If you want business, which it seems you need since your salon looked raggedy and a ghost town I suggest your workers adjust how they talk to customers. :)

I had a great experience and love my nails. I would go back for sure and hopefully get the same women who did mine. I was being indecisive about the color I wanted and she held up colors and picked one that she thought would look good on me! I loved her choice and went with it. She was fast, detailed and efficient.

I have always been very picky with my nails and I've been going here for over 6 years. Teresa, Tia and Miley are so sweet and do an excellent job every time. I really love that the shop is smaller bc it allows them to get to know you and what you like. I've read the reviews about walk-ins and I understand that it can be frustrating if you were hoping to get your nails done last minute, but this isn't one of those shops with 10 people working where they can be with you in 10 mins and get you out in 20, most of the time there are only two people working and during busy seasons (summer and holidays) they have appointments back to back all day...I've been turned down plenty of times when I ask for a same day appointment, and I've been a client since day one! But I love this place, love the girls, and I always love my nails.

I have gone to over a dozen nail places in the area and this is the first one that has made me want to come back. The work is always amazing and consistent. Teresa always try to accommodate your needs, and provides efficient service. They are always clean, and you feel safe letting them work on your nails. They listen to you when you have a question, or request to do something differently. Both girls that have worked on me have provided top quality service. Loyal customer from here on out!

I’ve been going to this place for years, and love them! I’ve always been disappointed when I’ve had my nails done at other nail salons, so I’ve promised myself that I won’t do that anymore. The prices are totally reasonable, the ladies that work here are so nice and they all do a lovely job. Yay for Unique Nails and thanks for the wonderful service, Teresa!
