The best nail shop around. Tony can do anything you ask him to do without hesitation. Very clean, friendly, & quick service. I felt like family going there

Horrible customer service. You wait an hour than you can’t ask a question without the man that sits upfront being extremely rude to you. Nobody tells you what’s going on. Appointments don’t even matter, they are very short staffed. Don’t want to be bothered if they do bad work. Just absolutely ridiculous how they treat to customers who want to pay for the services.

Absolutely horrible. The bathroom lacked soap and paper towels...gross. The lady that did my toes and gel manicure was rude, rushed, and awful. She missed all the edges on my toes and after starting the white tips on my finger nails she asked me if I liked them and I asked her politely if she could fill in the edges. She YELLED at me saying she wasn’t done yet.. She also cut my cuticle and proceeded to put acetone in it, which burned. Gel manicure was sloppy and there were particles in the polish making my nails lumpy. Never again.
P.s if you don’t like your job, QUIT

I came in at 11:45am, signed in and waited. I finally walked out at 1:05pm after waiting so long and they told two people that came in "oh 15-20 minutes" while I've been sitting here for an hour! And they acted like they didnt want us there. They gave us dirty looks the whole time!

I had gone in to get my nails and feet done for my high school graduation last year. The lady doing my feet kept making stink faces at them (and they’re not disgusting mind you) but no other “technician” made that face so I told her to wipe it off hers. The guy doing my acrylics (“owner” as he claimed) left them too long, did not give me the design I wanted and had cursed under his breath when he had made a mistake. And since when did acrylics go under a UV lamp that’s meant for gel? The sides of them weren’t filled in the whole way and it was very noticeable, but I hadn’t noticed until I left.
Well after a week or so I decided to soak them off myself as I don’t have $75 to redo them every two weeks (yes they made me pay all that money for a garbage job). Come to find out this place uses MMA, which is extremely illegal by the board of cosmetology and to put it simply, it’s what dentists use when drilling and filling teeth. (I’m in school for my cosmetology license). But that stuff makes them last so much longer and it’s cheaper than monomer (the stuff credible salons use). After I got them all off, which felt like ripping cement off your skin, I had a nice line of where he filed too far down and my nails refused to grow for a couple months. Disgusting! Not to mention they don’t disinfect or sterilize their tools or their stations and aren’t even allowed to do massage or waxing legally. I don’t know how people keep getting their nails done here but I guess they won’t completely close until someone is injured.
