I absolutely love QN&S in Lakeway!!! Mr. Do and Nancy will take care of you from the moment you walk in until the second you walk out. AMAZING owners whom run a fantastic establishment. Highly recommended. They’re GREAT with kiddos, too! 💯

The lady who did my nails was absolutely rude. On top of that she was being extremely difficult when I was trying to explain the style what I want. They were saying that doesn’t exist?? I get them done like that all the time at my other salon though. Overall would never go back there when visiting Austin.

I came into this location on 7/30 at 6pm to have my acrylics taken off along with a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. I asked them if they had time to do them and they said yes. The girl that did my pedicure did an ok job but she seemed rushed. The girl who was taken off my acrylics took an hr to take them off should have not taken that long should have only been 10 min max. The owner got frustrated and came over to finish and ended up ripping my cuticles and ALL of my actual nails are cracked down the center and are now hurting like crazy. I am really pissed that they over charged me for my services and would not do a refund. My polish came off the very next day and they left the acrylic tip portion still on. I never got my eyebrows done or an actual manicure. The owner did a very rushed job of just cleaning my nails not an actual manicure. I was charged $58 when the pedicure cost $25 and the nail take off was $10. I called them the next morning and the gentleman told me they could not do a refund. I had been into this location on Mothers Day for the 1st time and witnessed a little girl trying to pay for her mothers manicure. She had a coupon but didn't realize it had expired the day before. The owner instead of being kind to the little girl and letting her use it because it was obvious the girl was using her own money to pay for her moms manicure she was very rude to the little girl. I have noticed on both occasions that they do rush jobs of their services and you never have one person doing your nails they switch back and forth between numerous people which is annoying because they do a very rushed and poor job. I won't recommend this business to any of the ladies at the Lakeway country clubs ever! I also posted a complaint with the BBB regarding their poor customer service. I also have told the other women in my area not to go here for nails.

I’ve never left a review but I felt the need to. I have been getting sns manicure or shellac for years and never had a problem. I got my nails done here and my nails are cracked and splitting. She was very rude when I came back in get them removed and my nails are in even worse shape. Will not return

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and always leave 100% satisfied. Nancy, Amy, and everyone else are always super welcoming and get to you ASAP. When I leave I can’t thank them enough!
