I would like to start off by saying the spa is absolutely beautiful, but I wasn’t blown away by the service I received. Everyone was nice, but the prices here are insane and I didn’t leave feeling great. I had a massage and a facial which weren’t even an hour long and we’re extremely pricey which annoyed me because the service was just okay. I had a $150 facial and the woman suggested me to get an add on which was $75 extra I obviously denied because I didn’t see the need to dump an extra $75 into an already expensive facial. Also this is the only spa I’ve been to where they didn’t offer a sauna or jacuzzi. Basically I would say don’t waste your money here go elsewhere.

I liked the atmosphere and the set up of the place. The outcome of my appointment exceeded my expectations and quite honestly this is the first time I’ve ever loved my haircut! I didn’t even have to show pictures to help describe what I was looking for and that just shows how much expertise the hair dresser had. I love that this place is just 10 minutes from my house compared to some other Elizabeth Arden spa locations, so I’ll be coming back more often.

Went to Red Door with my sister for her wedding present. She had never been there. We did facials and loved that we could both do it at the same time. The place is sooo clean and smells wonderful. They supply lemon or cucumber water and. Biscotti. The estaticians were excellent and knowledgeable. I would recommend the place to everyone.

From the moment I stepped in there, everybody was very friendly and accommodating. The signature massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep right there and then. Ester did my mani/pedi and she was super friendly and sweet. And I believe Nicole did my blow out, and she did a fantastic job. I feel bad that I don’t remember every single person’s name because everybody was fantastic and sweet. I honestly could’ve done without the make up refresher. But other than that it was the most relaxing day for me and it felt wonderful to be pampered. Even if this kind of thing is not your lifestyle, I would say at least try it once for a special occasion, like a birthday or Valentine’s Day. If it is your lifestyle, I promise they won’t disappoint! "
