I have been here several times, but I am just now giving Kizzie the review she deserves.
It is hard to trust someone to work on your hair, fear of them not knowing how to color or cut correctly, or just not "listening" to what you want done.
After speaking to Kizzie on the phone to schedule my first appointment, I already felt confident in her abilities by her just explaining the processes and procedures she would do for me.
Kizzie is extremely funny, kind hearted, listens, and she is very knowledgeable about the hair care business. She has great prices and uses products that work well.
Kizzie is very customer service oriented and strives to please her clients. She will even make suggestions that would benefit a clients facial shape and/or what colors/cuts would look best. Her honesty and opinion in these matters is greatly appreciated.
Best of all, Kizzie is always willing to go above and beyond what is necessary in order for her customers to be happy and leave satisfied.
I have found someone who I trust to make the right judgements for my hair color and haircuts. I will continue to be an extremely happy and content customer at Sharpcuts.

I felt my request for a specific cut was ignored, even after asking to cut more off. Also, she also used a bait and switch to get customers as far as pricing. Tells you one price and always ends up more! I spent almost $100 for cut and root touch up and went back for bang trim. Most salons would be complimentary. Nope. $8. I was really hoping to find a good stylist.
I would get better service and be listened to at Gene Juarez Training Academy for a $10 haircut.
Never going back to this salon. I hate my cut and color because she doesn't listen to her customers.

Wonderful with my son who was getting a back to school haircut. She did a fantastic job on his haircut but also took the time to make him feel good about himself and excited to start school. Friendly and professional - we'll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience! Trizzie was great. She was able to color my hair and make it look so beautiful! She is so outgoing and cheerful. Really makes you feel warm and welcome. Will be bringing my family here now.
