I went here because they could get me in the same day. Should have been a big indicator!! I brought a picture of how i wanted my hair to look. I did not expect an exact match, but what I got was 5 inches shorter than the pic. When my 6 and 8 year old saw it even they said mommy it looks NOTHING like the picture. I was given a mullet. Thanks gel-us hair & nails.
