I can't give a 0 star or I would. I made an appointment over a week ago with Rylee on the recommendation of my cousin. I work full time. I enjoy my time off. I called this AM to see if I could get in sooner so I could enjoy my day off - nothing earlier was available and Rylee acted irritated that I even asked. I came in at my appointment time and there is no appointment for me. She said, "I thought you were this lady" as she pointed to the lady in the salon.
Thanks for wasting my day. I waited around to get my hair cut instead of going hiking. Wasted my day because of you. Seriously rude and unprofessional.
