Disgusting! I thought this was my new place the work was good and it's conveniently near my house. Today would have been my 3rd time coming to deluxe nail & spa.
Disappointingly I walked in, a man approached me asking what services I wanted. Before I could answer, irritatingly the man walked off. I stood at the counter, watched all the staff turn their heads towards me. No one say said anything. Shortly after two White ladies walked in, a stuff immediately turned and welcomed the ladies and asked what services they wanted. The two ladies were behind me. Then she addressed me asking me what I needed.
Rather or not it's was racially motivated, it was poor service and discriminatory towards a cheerful and potential client. I will never go back there.
I hope they treat others with more respect.

Its 7:10PM and the door sticker says closes at 8:00PM, but its already closed. Why? If you advertise a time, you have to commit to it. That's just poor business practices. IJS

I have been going to Deluxe Nails and Spa since they opened. All of my experiences have been wonderful, friendly and very clean. Highly recommend.
