I I love my nails nails one is the best place I've ever went to I have went to other places in the past and trust me I regretted it because I went right back to Neil's one and paid more money for them to fix my nails and when they give you a pedicure a month later my feet still look like I just got a pedicure done I love that place Kim and Danbury Connecticut

Cathy was absolutely amazing! She pays such great attention to detail, and made my nails look so natural. I would 110%recommend anyone to come here and book an appointment with her!

Let me start by saying the owner came in an hr early before opening to do my nails. I called Thursday and she got me in at 8:20am she seen I was early and took me as soon as she got in. They don’t open until 9:30! She was fast and such a sweetheart! It was 60$ I did ombré pink and white! They look great! The best part is she really was following all CDC Guido was with protecting clients and herself. Everything was sanitary! She sanitized before using everything and after did my chair as well! They had a plexiglass stand in between us my hands were comfortable! Many nail places don’t have it and it was for extra protection! She checked my temperature when I walked in and made sure I had a mask on! Unfortunately because of the pandemic this is the new normal for now and we all have to adjust! But they took extra precautions and were absolutely amazing! I traveled 40 mins to get my nails done because so many near me closed and don’t open for a while. It was worth it! I truly hope the other nail salons take note to all they were doing she is also making appointments instead of a packed place. I was impressed and so glad with my nails! I definitely recommend going to Nail 1!!!

Lucky, this place got one star. First time I walked in. All I got was “how can I help you” which I didn’t even know if which person said it because there where 3 people working. So I didn’t say nothing just sat down and waited then a lady asks again “how can I help you” I told her French powder and it took her a good minute to stand up and walk over to me. Later she says that she can do it with gel and other things that I couldn’t understand. So I was thinking wether to take a risk or not and then I told her “no thanks I’ll come back later” once I said that she gave me the dirtiest look ever. The entire time I was there, I was not welcomed and didn’t feel comfortable. Would NOT recommend this place. If there was a zero I would give it!!!!
