Great service Katie on fleek with the brows also another stylist has it going on she is the best for Mani, pedi, brows, and lashes with I knew her name but clients wait on her to be seen!

DO NOT LET THE MAN DO YOUR NAILS!! If you plan on doing extreme activities like taking a nap, putting on your clothes THEY WILL POP OFF!! I got coffin shaped nails and two popped off in less than a week! I went back to get them fixed and he blamed me for my nails popping off and didn't even fix them. Katie fixed them (charged $10) but did a great job. If you go, get her! NOT HIM!!! It would be just a waste of money!!

This used to be my favorite nail shop today I experienced some slick stuff she tried to charge me an extra $5 because she couldn't take off the glitter nail polish keep in mind it was regular glitter nail polish it was not gel polish I don't think that's right that she tried to charge me extra because the company is the place that ordered that nail polish either stop ordering that nail polish get a stronger nail polish remover or just don't use the nail polish at all but you can't charge a customer extra because it's taking so long to get the nail polish off that's not my fault she could have been soaking my nails while I was sitting there for about 30 minutes waiting to get my nails done but you can't charge somebody extra just because a regular nail polish that a company chooses to purchase and have on the Shelf is hard to come off got to get some stronger supplies then she kept tossing my hand around and when I was telling her that I'm not paying an extra $5 the nail tech beside her wave her hand and cut me off like don't worry about it it's okay for her to say what she wanted to say but I can't say what I wanted to say first of all don't wave your hand at me while I'm speaking that's rude and disrespectful people come in there everyday and pay their hard-earned money to get their nails done for them to be disrespectful and treat people just like anyting! It then it was very clear that she was frustrated because she kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing but you can't get mad at me because I'm not the one who made the nail polish nor did I purchase the nail polish for my company I just came in and pick out the color that I wanted and pay my money like I always do! And I was going to tip her after my nails were done because she end up doing a good job but after that incident where she tried to stick charge me for something that's out of my control I didn't tip her at all

By far the worst salon experience. I came here twice to get a full-set. When I came back for a Fill-in the lady who originally did my nails was booked so I let someone else do my fill-in. They definitely over-drilled my nails to the point where it was burning. The next day it cracked straight through the middle and was bleeding. I went again just a few weeks ago because they were open while it was snowing and got a pedi and color change, but ended-up getting a fill-in. Literally a couple hours after I was washing dishes and my nail cracked through the middle again. As of now I had one nail completely ripped off my nail bed and 3 others that are cracked. I think they over-drill or use really cheap acrylic. NEVER stepping foot in the establishment!
