This was my first time at the salon, and honestly I regret going. I went in and met the hairstylist, she was nice but she was shampooing my hair an got half my shirt in the back soaking wet. She had to put it in the dryer. I told her when I walked in how I part my hair everyday and that I just wanted a trim and layers. She did that fine enough, but when she was done I parted it on the side instead of the middle like how she had been cutting it and she told me “I was throwing her off” I asked her to just dry my hair and put any kind of product in it so my hair wouldn’t be frizzy. She then asked me what product- idk lady you’re the “specialist”. She finished drying it then handed me the hairspray to finish. Needless to say I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Won’t be going back- ever!

I have not been to a salon in a while I have had many bad experiences.. But when I walked in I was warmly welcomed and Krystal did a wonderful job on my hair. Im so happy with my new cut and colors.! I will be back next time. Thanks so much🤗

Honestly I gave the salon two stars because when I got there, no one was at the front desk to greet me, so I did not know if I was in the right place or not. I waited about 5 minutes before someone came from the back to see if there was a customer. The esthetician finally came from the back and let me know that she would be with me in about ten minutes, however, that did not happen. When I finally got to the room, I was expecting to have a skin consultation, however, there was no such thing. I was not offered any menu to advise me of the different facial options that I could choose from. Although the esthetician was very nice and very gentle, I would not go back, because I was left in the room twice with no supervision and I could have had an allergic reaction or simply choked from the steam that was left blowing full speed at a very discomforting temperature. There was no extracting of the blackheads and no massaging of the décolletage area or the arms and hands. It was just an okay experience if you have never had a facial before, but if you are spoiled like I am with facials, then it was not a very pleasant experience. Will not be going back.

Horrible! I was excited to get my hair colored and styled and after spending nearly $300 my hair was nowhere near the color it was supposed to be. I had super long hair and we agreed on a length to my waist due to them having to bleach my hair to get it vibrant. Not only did I have to go buy my own hair dye which came out to be $60, but They cut about 15 inches off of my hair! But I was still in hopes of it being the right color. So since the color didn't come out right the first time, I was told to go back the next day to have it finished and the dye still wasn't the color it was supposed to be. I was so upset but was told they would try to dye it again and add more color to it to get it close to the color I wanted, I was sent on my way with wet hair dye in my hair and was told to come back in a couple hours. I went back and the color went from getting closer to the vibrant color I wanted to now being black. And they didn't blow dry and style my hair like I paid them to do! Then I asked for a refund and was told I would not receive a refund full or partial and that they would rebleach my hair but I had to pay for my own dye yet again! Worst experience ever! When I went back to get corporate number, the lady at the front desk asked me why I wanted the number. I Do not recommend this place ever! What a waste of $300.
