Very big place, with a lot too offer. Got what I was looking for, and was able to try it on, purchase it at a decent price. Also change into just in time for pictures. It is very easy to lose people in the store. Interesting bathroom area. Overall a decent chain store.

Went in to buy grandsons outfit for a semi-formal dance. With deals and discounts I saved twice as much as I spent. The clothes fit perfect and look so sharp.

Did not do any kind of shopping here but we did stop by the photo studio. I do not recall the name of the photographer, but I can tell you she was on point. She was able to get our family in and out in a very efficient manner without feeling rushed. She was great with the 2 kids in our group and knocked out all the combinations of family poses quickly and made us look great. I have a new respect for the JC Penney portrait studio. I highly recommend this location. FYI, we made an appointment and didn't do a walk in. You can do walk ins here but be prepared for a wait if it is a busier time of the year or there are other people waiting. Making an appointment is the way to go, in my opinion. Be on time when you make an appointment. Don't make an appointment and show up late then try to complain. Just my 2 cents.

Great place to get just about anything! I enjoy shopping at the stand alone stores much more than the penny's at our malls. Better selections, and decent prices.

Always has very good sales. Great quality of clothing. And the face that sophera is in JC Penney is a major bonus. If I only have $20 to spend I can usually leave with at least an outfit from the sale area. Staff is always very friendly and attentive.
