Depending on your past expierences with spas will determine how well you like this one. I’ve had several. So for me this was hands down the worst. Keep in mind I’m basing my rating on what I’ve had in the past at the same price. I was a new client. There was no consultation. I filled out all of the paper work needed. It was obviously not read. I had a one hour massage. I was there to relax. I specified that in my paper work. The massage therapist talked to me far too much during my massage about their medical problems. In my paper work I also specified that my face was sensitive. Still got lotion and a facial massage. There is no front body massage. Only back side of the body. My occipital bone was pressed entirely too much and too hard. And the proper fingers for applying the right amount of pressure on my face we’re not used. Sorry. Not a fan. I LOVE my spa days, but I will not return. Searching for a good place still.

My first time to Total Freedom Wellness was last Tuesday & I have to say that I had a really good experience with Daynette. I told her where my trouble areas were and she pin pointed exactly the trigger areas that needed to be worked on as well as helping me with corrective breathing techniques that also helped in the process. If you are looking for a "fluff" massage, there are plenty of those other places around, but if you are looking for real results and help, then this is the place for you.

I am totally in love with this place!! June is a miracle worker! She is a true godsend! I have several health issues and a tremendous amount of tension all throughout my body, she listens to what I need and offers healing in ways I never thought that I could receive. Myofascial release is my go to... Wish I would have found her years ago.. June is no cookie cutter!! She's very knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients well being.. if you're looking for true lasting relief for chronic pain or just to relieve some stress in your life This is the best place hands down, I don't need to go anywhere else. Thank you June 4 bringing much-needed healing to my body.. I always look forward to our visits.. see you soon.

Awesome! June is great if you have trigger points and need deep tissue! Infrared sauna was a first for me and definitely sweats out the toxins!
