1st appointment was great. Procedures tingled a bit; sounded like miniature bug zapper - would get warm and technician would pull back
Then toes slightly warm afterwards. I even saw an improvement in the skin around my nails.
2nd appointment - Cancelled - laser was broken - took 2 weeks to get back in - many calls no returned.
3rd appointment - new technician. Laser created no warmth, no zapping sound or feeling. Also absolutely no improvements to my nails or skin that there were the first time.
4th appointment - same NEW technician. Same laser treatment with absolutely no effects. Was told they'd changed the setting - "everything was fine" when I questioned if I"d received any treatment at all. I'm convinced that my last 2 treatments accomplished nothing but decrease my cash flow. Huge setback in my nails due to poor 2nd and 3rd treatments. They don't seem to care at all.

Clean and comfortable setting, but I can't say enough about Ellen's customer service, she's wonderful! She's very knowledgeable and professional, educates me on the treatments so that I can achieve the best results. She's extremely friendly and funny, which really makes it a lot of fun going there.

Staff is always professional, helpful and friendly. I was a bit nervous and hesitant but they are great at explaining whats going on in a way that the layman can understand. I trust the folks at Clear Nails with my care and definitely recommend them to friends/family.

Very clean, comfortable and professional setting. Great value for the work, after 3 treatments I was good to go !
