I thought I would give them another chance after several years of not going. I went to Hannah the owner. She said she was putting gel on my nails, but after a week they were coming off. I went in to have them taken off and the guy named Jim said she had put acrylic on my nails. He then went to clean them up and a 3 year old could have done a better paint job!!! Also, after soaking my hands in a bowl with acetone for the nails to come off, he actually took that bowl and poured the used acetone back in the jug that the acetone was in. So my nails that came off are in the jug that they will use on someone else. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE!!! They need to be closed down. This is how people get infections.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 4 years and the service has never been amazing it's been ok. The difference with my and other customers I teach people how to treat me and I demand great service but enough is enough. They are rude to most of the customers that come in there whether new or returning. ANGRY doesn't not begin to describe my level right now. Husband and wife run the shop and you would think they were located on the west end the way they treat their loyal customers. The wait is always ridiculous because they have three women that only knows how to do pedicures. They never keep appointments at all. I hope this location switch owners because it's so convenient for me. UGH!!!!!!! Why is it so hard to find a consistent shop???? I spend $100-150 every two weeks. Who deserves my business?

Nail Studio is a small but excellent nail salon. Hanna always does a great job with my eyebrows! The staff is also very friendly!

Love this spot ! Never super busy and they don’t rush on their clients. I usually come Thursdays or Saturday mornings and Heina always hooks my nails up! Thanks girl

John does a great job on my ombre nails! Ever since I found him I haven't gone anywhere else. You should definitely come see him!
