it's clean, the traffic's good, the shops/ boutiques are cute. just need a reason to be floating around there. They probably could generate way more foot traffic if they utilize the space behind the plaza with a live band or live art classes or yoga classes in the morning. Or just Community interactions there I think would be a really good fit

I enjoy shopping and eating in this area of town. There're a variety shops in this area.

Such a cute area with quaint shops, restaurants, and a Publix. They have a neat little community behind it as well.

Visited the Publix at this location, but there are other nice shops, eateries, and a Starbucks at Winthrop as well.
