I went into this "spa" two days ago. The receptionist was rude I had to greet her first. I just went in to get my brows threaded. The price was $12.00. One thing that I've noticed is people will always judge a person whether it be by looks or cultural background.
When I asked the receptionist how much would it be to book a facial with Nina she gave me a very bizarre look as I couldn't afford it.
Nina did an okay job on my brows and as for the receptionist never judge a person by their appearance because you don't know who they know or what their status is. 😊
I responded to the "owner" Daniella C. on 5/12/2017 after writing the review earlier in the week.
To the owner who made a comment on my post you created a false profile so that I won't be able respond. The receptionist was rude period I'm quite sure she's acted that way towards others. Secondly, I'm never intimidated by anyone's looks especially someone who looks as if they hate their job or by the interior design of a spa. I've been to better spas with better professionalism, I can name several.
Before you respond to any posts try editing all of the grammatical errors. I'm speaking of the rude experience that I had at the spa. Like I stated in my review Nina did her job.

Giovanny was amazing. He took my bad haircut and made it amazing. He listened, took his time and made sure I was happy. He didn't try to push products or other services and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I first came here because my regular place was by my house and I needed a quick manicure. I am so glad I did.
They sent me upstairs to see Nina and I've never looked back. Nina is awesome. She gives a great manicure and she convinced me to tint my lashes and do my brows, I've never had them threaded before and she wowed me.. The tint is my new favorite thing... Who needs eyeliner. Lasts a couple of weeks and it is gorgeous everytime.

I was in desperate need of a cut and color/highlights on a recent business trip to NYC. Natasha completely fixed my color issues and gave me a GREAT cut. The place is clean and all of the staff is super friendly (no drama). All in all a great experience. And I'll definitely try to schedule my business trips around when I need another cut and color so I can ask Natasha to fix me up again!

Walked in for a pedicure and was wildly impressed. Immediate service, lovely woman named Nancy- good prices for how luxury it is. Really really enjoyed. Will make this a monthly habit (if not more often)
