The guy that did my nails hardly speaks English. He hurt my finger real bad and didn’t do his job properly. They have no matters and talk behind the customer’s back in their language (little did they know I speak their language 🤫😂). You set up an appointment and can’t never be seen by the person you wanted to. No wonder I ended up with the guy that almost chopped my finger off.
This people have to learn that this is America and good customer service is imperative. I will make a report to the BBB and go to another shop, preferably one that doesn’t stick for a lazy employee that didn’t do his job. If you can’t speak the language , you don’t belong working here. I am a foreigner myself and was never ever rude to anyone I worked with. Get a grip and learn matters before wanting to make money.

I’m writing this review as I’m sitting waiting for a fill. In case the owner really sees the comments, I’m the lady that went in for a fill that you assumed didn’t understand the language and preceded to talk about me to your client and one of your workers. You told her not to do my nails because I didn’t make an appointment and you wanted me to wait. Well just in case you don’t remember about a month ago what you told me was different, I asked to make an appointment and you said I didn’t really need to that I could just walk in since busy times vary. Fast forward to today, 5 different people walked in, in the hour that I sat and waited and you had them all go before me. I asked if I could use your restroom and you very angrily said “sure why not right?” As if I was deliberately inconveniencing you. I sat around just to see the outcome and quite honestly to hear what else you would say about me. I’m not mad quite frankly I wouldn’t give anyone like you the satisfaction, you won’t lose sleep over me and I won’t lose sleep over you. Bottom line, I hear from your employees You that you’re a good boss and don’t overwork them, it’s just a true shame that you are extremely unprofessional.

We made a late appointment, but were assured we would get in. They were very busy by the time we got there, hopefully a good sign. They might have over-booked themselves a bit, as we don't feel we got the full experience, and felt a little rushed into the back corner, and then back out. One of us got a bleeding scrape on her heel from being scraped too high. Not too bad, but not pleasant. Overall, not a bad experience, but it could have been better.

Always heard bad things about this place, but I decided to give them a chance today. And I'M SO GLAD I DID! I didn't have an appointment but when I walked in, I was instantly greeted and was seated in less than 5 minutes. My technician was Mai (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and she was amazing! Somebody else did my toes but I didnt catch her name. Overall experience exceeded my expectations and I definitely plan on going back 😁

I went in to get a fill today and I was extremely disappointed. The lady that did my nails hurt me the entire time! She told me my nails were lifting too much and ripped them off! Literally. I wanted to cry. When my nails were finished they looked really goopy and I had to file them myself just to make them look decent. I used to come here all the time, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back.
