This is literally the worst place to get anything done. They do not care about your satisfaction, they over charge you and have no respect for people who don't speak Spanish. THEY CUT 3 INCHES OFF MY HAIR WHEN I ASKED FOR A TRIM. Would NOT recommend, I WOULD PAY TO GET THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN! WORST!

Read the other reviews and am surprised they are so bad.. I guess I was lucky? I did my research on yelp and so got the lady who runs the salon to cut my wavy long thick hair, asked for layers, and it was beautiful! It was risky the second time she cut it because I didn't want layers that time-- I wanted it to be just shorter. But I don't even think she understood what I wanted and somehow it turned out beautiful again since throughout the haircut I was already regretting asking for shorter, and it came out still good length but with layers again. So I did get lucky there that I regretted what I went for and that she kept it long! AS FOR NAILS, this place is super fast service, cheap cheap cheap, and I don't even need to make an appointment, even when it's packed there'll be space in a 20 minute wait! They last just as long or even longer than anywhere else I've been (even the high end places), and they have a HUGE selection of colors. It's super convenient being on campus and I love this place. Everyone is also super friendly and there's a sister sister vibe in the shop. LASTLY, WAXING: I went here for my first waxing session ever 2 weeks ago and already made an appointment for next week. They did Brazilian and she made sure she got everything, and was super friendly and casual about it.

WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF THAT WAS A THING. The "hair dresser" spent 5 minutes with my hair. Cut more than I asked and spoke Spanish to her friend the whole time. Would NEVER recommend to a friend, these are cheap hair dressers that probably never really went to salon school. Never have had a worse experience.

I went to Santi's to get highlights and I had a great experience. The girl that did my hair was amazing, really nice and patient and she listened to everything I explained how I wanted it done. I got the highlights done and toned, cut my hair and blow dried it, it came out beautiful. Loved it!

You have to stick to one nail lady. Don't always change . try them all, but pick one. My nail lady is amazing. Only speaks Spanish but I don't mind. Her name is judici . I cant spell the name. My gel last longer than 2 weeks..
