I have been coming here for about 5 years. Have never really had an issue. If you feel like the shape needs to be changed or an area was missed, the techs are always happy to correct this. I have had so many compliments on my eyebrows from coming here!
With that being said, I am a little disappointed with my experience today with Nedi (first time having her do my brows). When I walked in, she was on a personal phone call (wearing one headphone). I though she was talking to me, and was a little rude when I asked her what she had said, since I though I didnt hear what she said to me. After having my brows threaded, the tops of the brows were not 'cleaned up' and the end of one brow was a tiny bit thicker than the other. After telling her, she did not look to compair the brows. She threaded off the top section of one of my brows. I am pretty upset and my brows make my face look hilarious. I now have one curved brow and one square one.
Again, no complaint to the rest of the team! I LOVE how my brows have been taken care of in the past! Will definitely come back to my usual ladies :)
I wish my tech today would have clarified what I wanted and spent a little more time on my brows. After telling her I was upset with how the brows looked, there was no apology, I was just told how much I had to pay.

They do really good lashes, just communicate what you want them to do.

Dont go to that place!!! I went to get my eye brows done and she convinced me to do a face wax, she got wax in my ears and waxed my earlobes I kept telling her to leave my ears alone and she kept going!! She put wax on my temples and she even pulled off my head hair! I told her to stop then she had a worried look in her face and called her coworker and the were talking in their language so I got up to look in the mirror and I had a bald spot!! I was so upset I told her I was never coming here again and pointed to my bald spot and she still had the nerve to charge me!! Im like seriously!!?? I walked out with my face half waxed and only my left eyebrow done, later that day my face broke out in a rash, next day burn mark on my earlobe, Im still waiting for my hair to grow back out!! Don't go there!!
