When I arrived for my manicure and pedicure they were very nice and seated me in a pedicure chair immediately. But it took 20 minutes for them to come and start running the water. 20 minutes after that they still hadn’t come to start my pedicure and the water had gone cold. I left after having been there for for 40 minutes watching other customers come in and get seated and their pedicures get started before me. For the prices they charge this is terrible service. I won’t be back.

A wonderful nail spa. They are friendly and skillful. Mai, Justin, Annie and Kim are best nail technicians in store

The place is very nice and the staff was very nice but the quality of my nails were terrible. They were already chipping after almost a week of having. My nails felt loss from the day I got them. They also lied about the prices. Acrylic full set should’ve been $30 but they charged $35 due to a “price change” most expensive nail place I’ve been to.
