The manicurists are very kind- always looking to make me more comfortable. They don’t over charge and my nails always come out spectacular. The only reason why I gave them four stars is because there is usually a very long wait... even with appointments.

I wish there was a way to rate this place 0. I went there for a spa manicure and they did 2/5ths of what the description said. Incredibly disappointed in this terrible service, will never go back.

I was there for acrylics and Karen did my nails. She did not smile the whole time and was talking in chinese with the other workers the whole time laughing with them. Not a problem. while i was watching her do my nails I politely suggested that my thumb nails are a little bit slanted.....god forbid she got so offended and scoffed at me “You do nails!?”...i was so astonished. No b””h i dont do nails, but i can tell when nails are crooked! Im never coming here again. Shes the reason this business has bad reviews. They all make it such a negative atmosphere i was so glad to leave and finally breathe!

The worst of the worst! They're always rushing to finish the manicure & pedicure. I went with my husband to get a regular mani & pedi, the owner took care of me. FIrst off, they didn't even remove my clear nail polish. ( i had to ask her to remove the polish). then she's just breezing through the mani. didn't even file is correctly, remove my cuticles. Its just a waste of money and time coming to this place. Besides only wanting your money, they're very rude, unprofessional.

So not to long ago I went there to get my nails done and mind you i went there at 4:16 and they had 3 hours left before they would close so I asked her verey nicely if she could do my nails. she told me in a High pitch voice ...NO.so a girl who was getting her nails done as well offered me that she didn't want to do it anymore and I could in her place the lady was very rude,she said no she can't do it we are about to close ..this is the worst nail spa ever i do not Suggest you to go there
