i asked the lady if she could do a simple design and she said “no i can’t do designs good” like i appreciate the honestly but if you work at a nail place you should be able to do designs. also she seemed like she was rushing and missed simple things and they weren’t even busy at all?

My gel nails lasted 3.5 weeks! Looked beautiful every day.
They have fair prices and plenty of stations. Fun to visit with friends.

I have visited many of the nails salons near South Jordan and I have to say that this is my favorite place. Why? Because it is CLEAN! I can see that they really clean the chairs and the floors and restrooms. I really like that they use a disposable liner in the foot bath for pedicures. The nail technicians are very nice and I have noticed that they don't yell to reach other across the store or talk to each other but not to the customers. I find this very relaxing. They use quality nail polish and put on multiple layers and a clear finish that lasts. The polish on my toes looks great for weeks! And again, it is clean! No dirty walls or floors. This shows me that they take pride in their business. So go check them out! I'm glad my friend brought me here. I've been back a few times and it has been great each time.

So, I am super disappointed 😔 because I have been coming to this nail salon for the past year. I walked in with my daughter for a pedicure and manicure.
The first thing I noticed is that no one really wanted to help me. Maybe it’s because I have this big belly and I don’t have clothes that fit me… or that I wasn’t all dolled up like everyone else was. But I felt so uncomfortable there for the first time. I was surprised how they kept on handing me off to the next person or that they didn’t even acknowledge my existence (no eye contact whatsoever). Then they finally told me that they didn’t have the time to see me until 10-20 minutes later because they conveniently forgot that they had appointments in front of me. I was so sad that they would slough me off like that!
I am 7 months pregnant and I have a 5 year old daughter with me ready to pay and feel excellent for my baby moon trip. Unfortunately, I will have to let this place go after today. They did an excellent job before and this time they really hurt my feelings. I finally asked them if this was a bad time? and they were okay with me walking out on them and making an appointment for tomorrow. I won’t be coming back after today. Or should I just leave no tip and make them punch my card 2x for what they did to me today?? Options….
