Excellent spacious spa, pedicure, and manicure staffed by very skilled Korean women. Just walked in, and I could be served immediately. Emily did an amazing job to get my feet back in shape.

I usually don’t leave Google reviews. I just Let bygones be bygones, but I was so disappointed with my service. I recently visited New York for work. I decided to get my nails and my toes done. My toes were done very well however, it took forever to get a full set completed. The tech that I had kept taking nails off and replacing them. She then took forever to shape them just for some of the shapes not to come out decent at all . I got my nails done 9/12….as of 9/18 five of them have fallen off. I don’t do any hard labor for my every day job so there was literally no reason for this to happen…not to mention I was asked for a $25 tip on top of added 20% for a subpar job. I’m very disappointed in the service.

Do not recommend. Rude personell that is trying to get the most money out of you and want to decide how much tip you should give and make a scene when they didn’t get it, so you end up giving them that even though they did a sloppy job. They did also talk a foreign language and got a feeling that they are talking about you.

Came to NY on vacation and needed to get my nails done. I walked by here and the environment looked adorable and clean. I made an appt for the next day and they did such an amazing job. Certainly pricey but Emily and Mary paid great attention to detail and were very welcoming and friendly so it was worth it. Would highly recommend!
