Staff are friendly, that's about the best I can say. I have picked up numerous items that were sent via "Access Point" to this location. I have NEVER been charged before yet the most recent purchase I made the same way they charged me $10 in order to pick up my package. There was nothing that said there was a charge when I ordered and nothing on the UPS website that suggests there is a charge for access point. This is a misleading and crooked business practice, I strongly urge anyone else using access point to not use this location.

The lady that works there basically misinformed me so I received a bill for $55 on top of what I already paid. I would’ve never shipped my package if I knew this. they need to be better trained. I asked if I could ship a package to Philadelphia while my shipping label said it’s from Philadelphia even though I’m in Everett... she responded “ it doesn’t matter as long as there an address it should arrive at. We don’t care where it’s coming from “ so annoying.

Customer service at this store is stellar! They took care of a package that was misdirected and delivered to this store in error. Thank you for taking that extra mile to correct this.

Employees work harder than they should. Nothing ever seems to work there and they're always under staffed. The owners dont seem to care.
The only reason it's two stars and not one is because the employees are trying hard with the little support they have.
Employees 5/5. Business management and the way things are run 0/5.

Have a mailbox here. My packages sometimes take up to 3 days after delivery to be available for me...this is due too the incredible mismanagement, shocking disorganization in the handling of packages and zero leadership from the owner.
It is ridiculous and inexcusable.
You need more staff......period.
I would not recommend this location to anyone.
