I asked for a specific nail design and got told they couldn’t do that. Then the lady asked my several times what color I wanted just making up colors. Then they did a design that looks like a five year old did it. Will NEVER BE GOING BACK DO NOT RECOMMEND. got told when I called today I could get them fixed but I’d have to pay for them all over again. Is not my fault they were all busy on their phones calling the same person and that you couldn’t call in on the day I had them done because their phone was down due to the storm. Very unprofessional even on the phone the owner was yelling at me!!!

They were so nice about fixing my nails, getting me in quick, and making me happy!! I will deff be returning!!

Love it there drive an hour and a half to get nails done every 2 weeks. They take their time and will do the design you ask for.

So it’s been just over 7 days since I got my nails done. Wanted to try a new nail salon. I got the gel dip nails. Not even 3 days later both my thumbs chipped. They couldn’t get me in until Tuesday to fix it. I couldn’t wait. Went to another salon to have my thumbs repaired. The next day another nail chipped. Then today 9 days into having my nails done. 4 of my nails popped off. The last set I had was so much better and I had them on for just Over 2 weeks. I will not recommend this nail salon these are the worst nails I’ve ever had. I’m so disappointed. Wasted my money

The ladies that work at Star are very friendly and accommodating. I have only gotten gel manicures so that's all I can speak to, but they always do a great job. They have a nice variety of colors to choose from. They are able to duplicate any design you might find on Pinterest. Ive been there several times and have never had a bad experience. Make an appointment unless you don't mind waiting, as they are pretty busy.
