What can I say this place is awesome everyone is so polite and cheerful. I will be coming back again. It’s our 10 year anniversary and me and husband always get pedicures and manicures for that day. He was happy they did a excellent job on his feet and hands. This is my second time coming back for my design style nails you guys rock.. Shout out to the ladies that worked on my husband. We didn’t get your names. On my two nail techs April and Bebe thank you so much I will be back.. Bebe you are so funny you had us laughing the whole time..

Dishonest staff!
I repeatedly asked the tech on station 8 not to drill my nails saying they hurt and she still drilled
I asked for short nails and showed a picture (attached) !!!!! and confirmed the length after she cut it!!! Unfortunately I was on my phone not thinking I would have to babysit them. After she put the acrylic on and then looked at them and saw the nail tech filled all of my nails down ! Including my real nails! Some passed the skin.
When I told her they were to short she just looked at me. I showed her a picture of what I got before and said I wanted the same thing
But somehow it’s the customers fault that the tech did not follow instructions.
Initially I was so upset and now running late for a dinner I just let her finish the last coat.They do not care unless you make a scene !
I told the manager upfront and she also lies him saying I wanted that short! That’s nothing like the picture. The manager ends told me they would fix them the next day and the tech I want will be there after 4 pm then when I came back around 5 only for him to say he spoke to the owner who says they will only fix the nail shaved past my skin!
WOW! I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have always had nail techs that admit their mistakes. This one was not only on her phone talking while doing my nails and I did not complaints about that but blatantly lies.

As one who loves to get her nails done, I found myself looking for a place that would be convenient in terms of distance, have a peaceful ambiance upon entering, great customer service, and nail technicians that specialize in nail care. To say that I’ve received all of these prerequisites in Z Nails would be accurate! I’ve been going to this salon for the past couple of months, and I’ve been pleased with the service and results each and every time. Currently, I have a phenomenal manicurist/nail tech by the name of Don whose work speaks volumes for him, and he has the kindest demeanor. He’s been taking care of my nails, and the growth I’ve seen of my natural nails has been incredible. Setting up future appointments with him is always a treat, and I highly recommend him! Attached, please find some samples of his creative and imaginative designs.
I’d also like to add that fairly recently I asked Don to do a “nail freestyle,” and his attention to detail is phenomenal, as the proof is in his craft. Pleased to be a part of his clientele.

My review is based off mine and my mom nails. My mom nails are a mess. An older lady did them. As for my nails, mine are nice. I think her table was 16. Aside from her filing off the top layer of skin in attempt to get polish off of the side of my hand which hurt by the way, my nails are really neat and she was nice. The pedicure massage she gave me was so relaxing. I’d go everyday for that if I could.

I came in wanting a specific design that required a cream colored base. The nail tech used a bright baby pink base for some reason. Because of that, I decided not to get the design because it would have looked ridiculous. Instead, I decided to just do a solid color polish. Not only was the polish color significantly different on my nails than it was on the sample, but now the polish is peeling off in chunks less than 48 hours later.
I also requested for my nails to be as short as possible because of my job, and somehow my nails ended up being way too long. When I pointed out they were too long, the tech said they had to be that long so she could shape them. This is simply not true. I have gotten this same shape much shorter dozens of times at other salons.
This manicure was $50 wasted and I will never be back.
