Came into this salon and was immediately put in a chair. However, i sat there for about 10 minutes before anyone started. The pedicure was nice but rushed. At the beginning of the appointment, i told them i wanted a manicure and pedicure. Thirty minutes passed while i waited in the chair before I finally just paid and left. This is ridiculous and i will not be coming here again.

The customer service was very poor. I get powder (SNS is the brand that most folks know) and apparently they specialize in gel polish. After explaining that I didn’t want gel polish at least five times (not exaggerating) the technician started on my nails. She filed my nails extremely hard, and she recognized that she was filing too hard, because she covered my nail with her hands and apologized. However, she continued to file my nails hard. They have the SNS dipping powder, but not the bottom and top coat of polish by SNS. She used an OPI top and bottom coat...which really made my nails look horrible. I expressed that I was displeased, and the technician acted as if she did care. I wouldn’t recommend a blind, no hand dog to this establishment! Unless, you want gel polish!!!

So first time ever to this establishment, won't be back at all.
Walked in on December 23rd for a pedicure. Was helped immediately, however the nail technician was very very very rushed, rude and caused me pain as far as digging into my nails.
Remarks were made about the heels of my feet (I wear steel toes daily for work, so blisters are normal. However these already were calluses since they have healed prior to my visit.) saying I shouldn't wear heels, which wasn't the case at all. When it got time to pay my debit card wasn't in my wallet, so upon standing I found it in my back pocket with my keys, which caused a rude look from the lady. All in all. Won't return.

By far one of the best nail salons in Greenville. Kim does my nails and she is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone. Never had a problem with the service.

i was trying out different nail salons around greenville and i found Nails Forte. i saw these reviews but i was very hesitant but i was desperate. so recently i got a mani pedi from there and the result was so much better than i expected from these reviews. their gel glided on smoothly on my nails and polish on my toes was PERFECT. they were very gentle and caring for my nails and i. definitely going back.
