I've known Von for over 30 years and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. She is a shining example for me. My manicures and pedicures are always on point. God bless Perfect Nails and Von!

I have been a customer for years. Unfortunately my manicure and pedicures are getting worse and worse. Not sure what happened but I am looking for a new place.

RATING: MINUS 5 STARS! When I came in I was very specific what I wanted, and Vaughn [Owner] had her grumpy husband who chooses not to listen, to do my nails. When I asked him at one point what he was doing because that is NOT how I have ever had this done before, he kept saying, "don't worry, I know what you want". ( I want to say something to that that isn't proper, but I'm going to refrain). In summary, I was having my arthritic hands yanked, the nails sawed with a file so hard until I bled and until there was barely any tip left in an uneven shape. He has no brush control and kept wiping the brush all AROUND my nail leaving clumps of gel behind on my skin. I was peeling these clumps and the dried residue off later in the day. There is more to share, but I just want anyone who reads this to be fairly warned. This was my first and last time to enter their doors. Save your fingers and hands and your cash which you need since they do not accept debit or credit cards.

I've been to several nail places in the area. This is the best bargain. Vicky did my pedi and the man did a French manicure for me. They were quicker than other places (less than 1 hour total!), did a great job, and charged less than most. The next day one of my toes smudged so I went back and they gladly fixed it right away and placed another coat on all my toes!
