I have been coming here every 2 weeks since Feb. I was a walk in and had the pink/white done. Michelle has been taking care of them since and I adore her. Yes they are a bit standoffish at first, but they really warm up to you and are very kind ladies. I refuse to have anyone else do my nails, now.

I went to get my acrylic nails removed expecting to have my nails soaked then removed. That was not the case. She. Ripped my. Nails. Off. No soak or pretreatment at all. I’m in immense pain and will never go back. AVOID THIS PLACE

I always get acrylic overlay and I personally, do not like back fill, so I pay for the price to do them again. It was my first time there and I asked them to do the same. Before she started I asked the lady to softly remove the acrylic, but apparently she didn't hear. She broke my nail (the reason why I do overlay is to grow my nails, because it protects them when you hit them or something). I let it go. Then another girl came and said "if you want to remove the acrylic your nails are going to break" like if it was the first time I was doing it. She said do the back fill, said ok. As expected the back filling did not blend at all and looked terrible. Then this lady who was doing my nails was cleaning up underneath, and what do you think? She cut my natural nails. Now I need to wait months for them to grow and apply fake nails. Oh, and that's not all, they charged the full price like it they did it from scratch. Wonderful experience.

I tried this place for the first time. I got a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was great! The lady doing it started on my manicure while I was waiting in the pedicure chair. That was no problem. I've has many places do that before. When she put the water down for me to soak my fingernails it was unbalanced and the water was scalding hot when I put my fingers into it. I quickly moved my hand back and the water spilled everywhere. She murmured something under her breath and gave me a look like it was my fault. Needless to say she did not get a good tip and I will never go back there again!
