I've had my nails done by a few different people here and all of them are great! Some take a little longer than others but I'm never in a rush so quick or semi quick doesn't faze me at all as long as I'm happy with my nails. I love this places and been going for about 3 months now and never had a bad experience. Jenny did my nails this time and I love them she's great!

I asked for oval shaped nails and the shape isn’t what I asked at all. My nails soon begin the crack a couple days after getting them done and one has even popped off. And they just threw my shoes while I was getting a pedicure causing them to have all of the dirt and dust from the floor on my shoes.

It's a hit or miss depending on who you get to do your nails on each visit. I've had decent, friendly service and I've also had nonchalant, borderline rude service. I particularly recall one of the ladies that did my nextgen powder nails ticking me off with her approach and attitude. I had to point out to her that she's the nail expert and should be able to give basic suggestions or pros/cons of some products.

NEVER AGAIN!!!
Yesterday was my first time coming here. There is nothing luxurious about this place. I wanted full set acrylics. The guy charge me extra for picking out the color. I asked for the Cuffing/Ballerina shape and the nail tech said the shape was EXTRA $5!!!! AND The price does not include cuticle cleaning, that’s EXTRA!!!
I ended up paying $65 not getting the shape I wanted and without cleaned cuticles. Are you kidding me!! I wish I could upload pictures of the bad work.

Please go somewhere else!! Where you can get a full service without paying extra.

I’ve never been so upset with a nail salon to leave a review. I was told to find another nail salon because they were busy. Usually they give you a wait time but never ask you to leave. I’ve been going there for 2 years but I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT!! Absolutely rude and unprofessional on every level.
