Went to go get my lashes done the saturday, the day before mother's day and my individual lashes didn't even last a week before falling off. I spent $25 on those. First and last time I will be going there.

When reading the last review, I was very inclined to do one myself... I have been going to Nail Art for the last two years and have never had a bad experience. When they say Nail Art, they mean Nail Art! Whether the owner is working on you or any of the other employees, you will always be given their best. I have never left their establishment anything less than 120% satisfied. Recently, I have been going to Mark who is just fabulous. He takes the extra time to go out of his way to make sure my gel nails look as best as they can. I always get a "diva nail design" as he calls it on my ring fingers... which never cease to amaze me! They are all a great, friendly, talented group of people and I have brought many friends in with me who have always left just as satisfied! Great Service, Great Prices, Great Atmosphere!!!! I love Nail Art!

I wouldn't even give this place a one star rating! Myself, along with two other friends went here for pedicures and shellac manicures and EACH of us unfortunately had a bad experience! The man who did my manicure, first of all, reeked of stale smoke. And then, he was literally pretending to do the manicure. When they use that little scissor thingie to trim your cuticles and all around your nails, he kept making the motion like he was doing it, but he never even touched my cuticles.
I could go on and on about why this experience was horrible, but I'm not a writer and can't write a novel. We should have known not to go in when they have a sign immediately when you walk in saying "Absolutely no Refunds!" Wonder why people would be asking for refunds....

The pedicure I received was very good, but, the place is very run-down and dirty! I haven't been there in about 2 years and was shocked to see such disrepair! Something is going on as the technician only wanted cash and not a credit card.

I was greeted, but staff quickly turned away. When I explained the services I wanted, multiple staff still sat around as to decide who was going to get up and service me. Well, the service was completed and I later noticed at home that my upper lip still needs some plucking, and 3/10 gel nails have already cracked, less than two hours later. I can however say that when I called to complain, the woman told me that I could come in for them to be fixed. I will be going in tomorrow for them to be fixed and never going back for the fill...
