I never write any bad reviews but I had just started going to this salon for about 2 months and everything was fine. Loved my nails and everything but today I went to get my nails shortened because they were too long. They quickly sat me down which was nice until the technician started to cut my acrylics that had gel, with regular nail clippers. The male technician was in a rush and didn’t seem to care that my nails were crooked and uneven. When he asked me if I liked them, I asked if he could shape them like they were before. It was like he didn’t hear me and just barely ran the file on the sides of my nails and said that was the coffin shape. He didn’t offer to retouch my gel polish because he had basically cut and filed the edges of it away! The way he cut my nails was very unprofessional. I loved coming to this location because I work in the same shopping center. It was so convenient but I’m never coming back.

I had one nail to fix and all other nail shops were closed! This one was open! Went in and had my thumb nail fixed and it looked better then the other nine that were already done. (I had just gotten my nails done like 3 days before that so they were fairly new!) She must have noticed this because she took it upon herself to go over the other nine nails!
Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the work from her, and I've been going every since.

This is my favorite nails place in Austin, they are generous with the massage, do a great job, take their time and it always ends up immaculate and relaxing. They also use very good quality products and they last a long time for me, longer than the other places in town. I've tried about 15 places and this one is the best I've found.

I has been wearing artificial nails for a long time now. Last week i came to this salon for the first time and got my nails done by this man. This is the first time that i really felt satisfied. I didn't think i can find anyone who can shape the nails the way i wanted. His name is Sonny and if you like long nails, you got to go see him.

Sonny is fluently English speaking and he consulted me which type of nails is best for me, not always the most expensive ones. His works is so efficient and fast. Great nails tech
